Terms of service have not been drafted yet. These govern real money and real liability, so they need your sign-off rather than generated text.
They should cover: what a quote includes and excludes, deposit and cancellation terms, the minimum booking time for hourly moving work, liability limits and the insurance position, the re-clean policy if a property fails inspection, access requirements, and payment terms.
Two facts already published on the site belong here once drafted: moving is charged hourly with a minimum booking time, and bond return cannot be legally guaranteed.
